Great news…we are pleased to announce that we have completed our next release of UtilAbility. UtilAbility version 4500 is now ready and available to our current customers, who have our software support plan, at no additional cost. We are especially excited about completing this release because we were able to update our development platform while doing so. This will be helpful to us in moving forward. We are also happy to have finally resolved the printing issue for non 8.5” X 11” forms. That’s right! No more exporting before printing your invoice postcards. While we noted the previous update was optional, as it did require exporting your invoices to an external file before printing them, we are asking that everyone apply this update. It is important that you stay current to take advantage of all our new and exciting features. This update contains valuable enhancements and bug fixes that we are sure you will find worthwhile. What’s more, you won’t have to do the update alone. Applying the update is a little more involved this time so we will be contacting each of you to help you apply this update to your system. In fact, we have already started this process and if you have not already heard from us, you should be hearing from us soon.
